Lift Up exists to make it easy to change the world. Lift Up is a digital nonprofit platform that helps you make an impact around the world. Choose from a menu of certified projects. 100% directly impacts people in need.
DISABLED AMERICAN VETERANS of MINNESOTA (DAV)
The DAV of Minnesota Transportation Program provides free transportation to Veterans in Minnesota to attend VA medical appointments. The program has 38 vehicles in 20 communities.
Adult & Teen Challenge of Minnesota
Our mission is to assist men, women and teens in gaining freedom from chemical addictions and other life-controlling problems by addressing their physical, emotional and spiritual needs.
